Take charge or be doomed

Could economic outcomes be determined in India without effective Political and Administrative will? 

Can we do without effective governance and responsible politics? 

Who does our governments represent, common masses, or special interest groups or themselves? 

Should the performance of the governments be evaluated or not? 

Should we discuss such questions or not?
